* Ribbon-cutting by Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon, Phoenix Councilman Michael Nowakowski, and Special Guest Phoenix City Manager David Cavazos.

* Fabulous display of art in Galeria 147 by local talented Latino artists.

* Wonderful entertainment by Opendance, Flamenco del Sol, classical guitarist Ricardo Paz, literary recital by author Stella Pope Duarte, acting skits by Teatro Bravo, and others.

* Our Tiendita with arts, posters, books, crafts and jewelry from local Latino artisans

* A historic event that will usher in a new era for the blossoming of Latino arts for the entire Arizona community and tourists.
